Like the mosaic workshops, I enjoy working in community projects with adults and children who may not necessarily have had an opportunity to try mosaic before.
The atmosphere is always fun and creative as we are all working on one big piece, a piece that will usually be seen and used by the local community. When you have been personally involved with the creating process and can see the finished piece in its place, a greater sense appreciation, respect and achievement is felt, a real pulling together of community.
